Sich im Rhythmus begegnen. TaKeTiNa-Rhythmus-Workshop in Leipzig-Plagwitz

 

Ein Wochenende lang eintauchen in Rhythmus mit dem Körper als Instrument: Einfache Schritte, Klatschen und Singen sind Ausgangspunkt für das Erleben der Balance zwischen meditativem Flow und spannender Herausforderung. Dabei kannst du dir selbst sowie anderen in der Gruppe in einem wertfreien Rahmen begegnen.

Musikalische Kenntnisse sind weder hinderlich noch Voraussetzung.

Ort: Klinge22, erreichbar mit S-Bahn bis Leipzig-Plagwitz (ca. 10 Min Fußweg) oder Bus 60 bis Siemensstraße. Der Raum ist nur über Treppen zugänglich.
