Dynamic Taketina-Rhythm-Meditations open the door to a state of profound stillness, joy, presence and connection.
Different layers of rhythm, voice, movement and somatic awareness create a deep, trauma sensitive space, where letting go can be experienced as a key to the Here and Now.
No prior rhythmical knowledge is needed. Come as you are - tired or wide awake, tense or relaxed, joyful, moody, extrovert or focused on your inside.

The seminar centre Landsee is situated in a little village about 1 hour
south of Vienna, surrounded by spacious green - with a fire place, a
sauna and a small pond to swim in right on the property, it is easy to
relax, connect with the elements and become aware of the Here and Now
with all your senses.There will be delicious vegetarian/ vegan food!
