About me

Elena is a singer and a teacher for over 20 years, she works with all audiences: children and adults, amateurs and professionals.
 Passionate about music and singing, she has trained in Belgium and abroad.
 She holds a Master's degree in Jazz Singing from the Brussels Conservatory (David Linx) and has been a certified teacher of the TaKeTiNa® rhythmic process since 2024. Equally passionate about improvisation, she trained at the Liège Conservatory (Garrett List) and, through various musical projects and workshops (Música do Círculo, Bobby McFerrin Omega, Rhiannon, etc.), in vocal improvisation and Circle Singing.

 Currently, she teaches singing and musical awareness lessons to young children and facilitates the weekly Taketina evenings in Brussels.


A lifelong believer in the healing power of music and sound, Elena now focuses on rhythm. In the Taketina process, she found 
a perfect balance between music, movement, meditation, and organic learning.

    Taketina et Burn out

    Les frais d'inscription à l'atelier ne s'élèvent qu'à 2,5 euros, grâce à un partenariat avec PsyBru, qui exige les numéros nationaux des participants couverts par une mutuelle belge afin de débloquer le financement.

    Si vous n'êtes pas couverte par une mutuelle belge, vous pourrez tout de même participer à l'atelier, mais nous avons besoin d'un minimum de 4 numéros pour pouvoir le maintenir.

    Between Doing and Letting Go – Rhythm and Sound with the Body as an Instrument. TaKeTiNa pure in Leipzig-Connewitz

    Immerse yourself in a world of rhythm and sound with your body as an instrument this extended weekend. Rhythms emerge through movement, sounds are added through singing, and music is created. In the interplay of being active, contributing to the experience, and letting go, disconnecting, even taking a break, you will have unique rhythmic experiences in connection with the group.

    In this musical field of experience, you can create your own individual path. You are both active and passive, shaping the rhythm and simultaneously allowing yourself to be carried away by it.

    Explore how much you can and want to contribute in each moment. How much you want to do and which of the activities you can let go of. What arises almost by itself, nearly effortlessly, without strain or pressure to perform? How is it possible to "fall into" the musical process and simultaneously actively shape it? What happens when inner control recedes into the background and trust grows? - Trust in the group, in the sustaining power of rhythm, in the fact that what is essential will emerge at the right time?

    In this way, experiencing rhythm and sound can even become a driving force for your inner growth.

    April 30 to May 3, Thursday evening to Sunday noon

    Course times:
    Thursday, April 30, 7-10 pm
    Friday/Saturday 11 am-7 pm including a longer lunch break
    Sunday 10 am-1 pm

    The workshop will be held in German, English, and French; key content will be translated as needed.

    No prior musical knowledge is required.

    "Pulse" Stage résidentiel à Bussang ( Vosges)

    Dans le magnifique écrin de nature des Vosges, ce stage résidentiel à la maison “Total Art Oasis” offre un espace idéal pour découvrir ou vous reconnecter à la force à la fois apaisante et ressourçante du rythme.

    Stage accessible à tous, co-animé par Elena DUNKELMAN et Caroline STAUB

    Horaires: Du Vendredi 8 mai à 15h, au Dimanche 10 mai à 16h

    Tarif “lève tôt” jusqu’au 8 mars 2026: 160€ (frais pédagogiques)
    Tarif à partir du 9 mars 2026: 190€ (frais pédagogiques)

    Hébergement en pension complète : entre 120€ à 160€ selon la catégorie (du dortoir à la chambre individuelle), pour les 2 nuits et repas du vendredi soir au dimanche midi.

    Service de Shuttle à partir des gares de Bussang, Fellering et Thann. Nous contacter pour toute demande ou proposition de co-voiturage.
