Rhythm moves.
It builds up connection, grounds us and gives us a profound experience of the present moment with all our senses wide awake. Together we will perceive movement and voice, silence and sound, chaos and order, states between being active and letting go of activity, witnessing everything that is being brought up by the Here and Now as it surfaces.
Dynamic Taketina-Rhythm-Meditations open the door to a state of profound stillness, joy, presence and connection. Different layers of rhythm, voice, movement and somatic awareness create a deep, trauma sensitive space, where letting go can be experienced as a key to the Here and Now.
No prior rhythmical knowledge is needed. Come as you are - tired or wide awake, tense or relaxed, joyful, moody, extrovert or focused on your inside.
There is space for everything.
Moving with the heart opening power of Cacao we will journey into the Imbolc Full Moon together <3
