TaKeTiNa rhythm process workshop

Eliana Baruffol and Baptiste Vaes invite you to a 4-day immersion in the polyrhythm process TaKeTiNa. In this process, you are invited to step, clap and sing at the same time, creating a complex musical structure that usually only a musically trained person can do. TaKeTiNa offers this experience to everyone, learning through the body. 

TaKeTiNa will not only improve your musical skills, it will also work as a mirror in which you can observe your relation to complexity and simplicity in a learning context. It helps reduce reactivity, gain vitality and build resilience. More and more, developing these skills appears to be essential for living joyfully and peacefully.

TaKeTiNa requires no musical experience and invites participants to go at their own pace.

This 4-day workshop is also an evaluation of Eliana’s and Baptiste’s facilitation by the founder of TaKeTiNa, Reinhard Flatischler, as a closure of the senior training process. Therefore, all sessions will be led in English. Peer translation will be possible if necessary. 

Since it is not always easy to be available for 4 days, we are opening the possibility to those who would like to limit their participation to two days of training, either Thursday and Friday, which will be facilitated by Eliana, or Saturday and Sunday, facilitated by Baptiste. Please specify in your deposit transfer communication whether you are registering for A (= the full course), B (= Thursday and Friday) or C (= the week-end).
