Das Leben ist schön! An einem kleinen Ort am Meer tauchen wir ganz ein, lassen uns berühren von Rhythmen, Melodien, Wellenrauschen, Sand unter unseren Füßen, und allem, was den Augenblick ausmacht. Musik öffnet das Herz, um zu feiern - so still und so wild, so frei und so weit, wie unsere Freude, unsere Schritte und unsere Stimmen uns tragen. Wandern an der Küste, Singen unter den Sternen, authentische Begegnung im Kreis, Lieder und Grooves, die uns durch innere Landschaften führen - all das und Meer erwartet Dich. Komm wie Du bist und lass Dich inspirieren - auch von Beltane, dem Fest der Lebendigkeit!
Das Seminarhaus Milelja liegt etwas erhöht an der nördlichen Küste von Lesbos und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick Richtung Sonnenuntergang samt Hot Tub & Pool direkt am Gelände. Ein farbenfroher Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein, und der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar :-)
Gaby ist ……TAKETINA Rhythmuspädagogin, Musikerin, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin und Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie. Sie öffnet mit Rhythmus, Stimme und Achtsamkeit Räume, in denen alles da sein darf - und wir uns getragen fühlen vom Leben selbst.
Judith & Robert sind…...TAKETINA Rhythmuspädagogen, Musiker und Reisende im Jetzt, das jeden Augenblick neu entsteht. Lass uns eintauchen - in Freude, Stille, Chaos, Bewegung, Begegnung, Augenzwinkern, Hingabe, Staunen, Loslassen… Und ankommen im Spüren und Erleben, wo sich ganz von selbst ein Weg in den Flow öffnet.

Life is beautiful!In a small village by the sea, we get ready to connect to the Here and Now on a deep level, allowing ourselves to be touched by rhythms, melodies, the sound of waves, sand beneath our feet, and everything that defines the moment. Music opens the heart to celebrate – as still and as wild, as free and as far as our joy, our steps, and our voices carry us. Hiking along the coast, singing under the stars, authentic encounters in a circle, songs and grooves that guide us through inner landscapes – all this and the sea awaits you. Come as you are and get inspired - also by Beltane, the feast of vitality!
The Milelja retreat house is located slightly elevated on the northern coast of Lesbos and offers a beautiful view towards the sunset, including a hot tub & a pool right on site. A colorful garden invites you to relax and the beach is within walking distance :-)
