Dieser Tag bietet die Gelegenheit, von Kopf bis Fuss in rhythmische Bewegungen einzutauchen und in Verbindung mit sich und er Gruppe zu sein. Die Wahrnehmung der rhythmischen Bewegungen kann sich durch den Prozess vertiefen. Das persönliche Erleben sowie das spielerische Erkunden der rhythmischen Phänomene stehen im Zentrum de Workshops.
