Persönlich und gemeinsam im Rhythmus schwingen.

Taketina macht Freude, ist Musik und Gemeinschaft und innere Stille in geführten Rhythmus-Meditationen. Zusammen Im-Rhythmus-Sein gibt es seit jeher in allen Kulturen der Welt. Taketina ist eine Möglichkeit, wie wir das hier und heute erleben können.
Taketina ist gesund. In klinischen Studien wurde nachgewiesen, dass es den Vagus-Nerv, die (Re-)Synchronisation der Hirnhälften und die internen Körperrhythmen nachhaltig stimuliert.
Taketina hat keine 'Wartezeit' und stellt keine Anforderung an 'Leistung'. Jede/r kann sofort so teilnehmen wie es gerade geht und dabei vollwertiges Mitglied der Gruppe sein vom ersten Moment an. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht nötig, es beginnt sofort ein intensiver Prozess für jede/n mit sich und für alle gemeinsam in der Gruppe.
Taketina kann ein sehr feiner Spiegel sein. So, wie ich den Fragen des Lebens begegne, so begegne ich sehr wahrscheinlich auch den Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten einer Rhythmusreise. Was ich an neuen Erfahrungen in Taketina körperlich erleben kann, wird sich auch in meinem übrigen Leben auswirken.
